Terms of use

TAALO supports qualified fitness and wellness professionals. Automated suggestions are decision support only — the professional reviews, edits and approves everything before a client sees it. TAALO does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and is not a medical device.

Keep your sign-in details secure and use TAALO only for people you are qualified and authorised to work with. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, for holding a current credential, and for the professional decisions you make. Sharing an account, or submitting a credential that is not yours, ends access immediately.

You may only invite a client with their knowledge. Clients agree separately to what is shared and may withdraw at any time. If a client withdraws, stop using TAALO to share information with them.

Movement capture and body-scan estimates are labelled prototype features. Treat them as an aid to professional observation, never as measurement-grade or clinical results.

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. The Solo trial runs for 3 days, needs no card, and simply ends unless you choose a plan. Studio and Gym trials run for 7 days and require card details to be given to our payment provider before the trial starts; unless you cancel before it ends, the plan you chose begins and is charged. Every account gets one trial, and a trial only starts once your professional verification is complete. Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose until cancelled. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period and we do not refund part-periods unless the law requires it. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affecting you.

Do not attempt to access records that are not yours, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use TAALO to provide medical advice. We may suspend an account that puts client data at risk, and will tell you why.

You can export or request deletion of your records at any time. After account closure we delete records within 30 days, except where we must keep credential, audit or billing records for the periods set out in the privacy notice.

TAALO is offered as-is while in active development. We may change or pause features and will give reasonable notice where we can. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
